Hi, I’m Katelyn!
My love for God, travel, and storytelling led me to photography back in high school, where a dream of working for National Geographic evolved into a deep passion for wedding photography and serving couples during one of the most meaningful seasons of their lives.
I’m a firm believer that life isn’t perfect. The beauty is in the in-between moments, the messy laughter, the wind in your hair, the tears you didn’t plan for. I’m drawn to the beautiful imperfections that unfold naturally, and I’m passionate about preserving them in a way that feels honest, timeless, and true to you.
On your wedding day, I’m here to do more than just take photos. I’ll guide you with clear, confident direction so you never feel awkward or unsure, helping you look your best with flattering angles, natural light, and gentle prompts—while also knowing when to step back and let moments unfold organically. The result is images that feel elevated yet effortless, candid yet intentional.
I want you to walk away not only with beautiful photos, but with the feeling that you were fully present, supported, and cared for every step of the way. Your story matters, and it’s an honor to tell it.

I’m likely doing one of my favorite three things: getting a cocktail with my husband or friends; spending time with my horses; or going to CrossFit.

About my love story
I met my husband in college working at Sonny’s BBQ. He was a cook & I was a drive thru girl. In 2017 we traveled Europe for two months where he proposed in Madrid, Spain. Five months later we were married & it was everything I had hoped for!
I’m based out of Ocala, Florida, and frequently traveling through central Florida for weddings. I also travel outside of the state for weddings all over the US & beyond. A few of my favorite places I’ve had the opportunity to capture couples are Greece, North Carolina, Washington, DC, and Colorado.

“She was flexible, easy to work with, and wasn't afraid of a bit of an adventure.”
When planning an elopement out of state, you have to have a lot of trust. Im so glad I trusted Katelyn for our elopement! She truly delivered, the sneak peaks are a dream and can't wait for more. She was flexible, easy to work with, and wasn't afraid of a bit of an adventure. I was hesitant to ask a photographer to jump into a kayak but Katelyn was up for it. It's more than just taking pictures, Katelyn has got the true talent. I would absolutely recommend her! Thank you so much for capturing our day & adventure.
